Selling your house in this wintery weather!!!

Can you believe this weather we're having??? I can't believe it. I showed a house tonight and got stuck in a cul de sac. Took me ten minutes to maneuverer myself out of the snow. I really need to get snow tires!

This weather really makes things tricky for sellers. If it wasn't bad enough that you have to clean your house for showings, now you have to shovel snow every ten minutes. I really feel for you. Nobody really appreciates this or understands the efforts sellers must go through to get their house ready for showings. Well, let me tell you, Melanie and I really appreciate it!!! . It is so important to have your house in tip-top shape especially in the winter. The winter can be a great time to sell your home if you are prepared to go the extra mile.
